At Sutisancha Designer Sarees, we strive for perfection in every weave, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the saree remains unworn, unwashed, and retains all original designer tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order ID.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree is folded correctly in its original box; our team will verify the request based on photos of the product's current condition.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24 to 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the saree passes our physical quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
